A PHP developer works with PHP, one of the most widely used development languages. Their main goal is to build or improve websites, making them more dynamic and responsive. Depending on the project they may use PHP without a framework, with a framework, or with an open-source framework (Symfony, Zend and others). Their work aims to improve UX by making the site easier to use, delivering technical solutions such as interface changes or new features.

  • Full-stack PHP developers are, by nature, developers with a very broad range of skills and activities. The full-stack role differs from the web developer role: while a web developer usually works on one specific layer of a piece of software or an application (front-end, back-end, API), the full-stack developer handles the entire stack of a tool's components.
